Hotel Parc Estique
We’re delighted to welcome you to Hotel Parc Estique. To ensure a comfortable and secure stay for all our guests, please take a moment to go through our Terms & Conditions. By booking a room with us, you agree to the following policies.
1. Check-In & Check-Out
- -Check-in time begins at 2:00 PM.
- -Check-out time is until 11:00 AM.
- -The minimum age for check-in is 18 years.
- -A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests above 18 years. (Accepted IDs: Passport, Aadhaar, Driving License, or Voter ID. PAN cards are not accepted.)
- -Guests are required to present the same credit/debit card used at the time of booking during check-in.
2. Guest Policies
- -Children of all ages are welcome.
- -Children under 12 years may stay using existing bedding.
- -Guests aged 12 years and above are considered adults and may require an extra bed.
- -Extra beds or cribs may be provided on request and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
- -Only the number of guests confirmed at the time of booking will be accommodated in the room.
3. Identification & Admission Rights
- -Unmarried couples are welcome.
- -Local ID proofs are accepted.
- -The hotel reserves the right to deny check-in if valid identification is not provided or if government regulations are not met.
- -Accommodation may be refused if guest details do not match the booking or in case of misrepresentation.
4. Payments & Charges
- -Additional services such as meals, airport transfers, or extra beds are not included in the room rate and may attract extra charges.
- -Any change in government taxes will be applicable at the time of checkout, as per prevailing laws.
5. Cancellation & Prepayment
- -Cancellation and prepayment conditions vary by room type and booking option.
- -Guests are advised to review their booking confirmation for specific details.
6. Property Rules
- -Smoking is allowed in designated areas.
- -Alcohol consumption is not permitted on the premises.
- -Pets are not allowed.
- -Private parties and events may be hosted only with prior approval from hotel management.
- -Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms without the hotel’s consent.
7. Facilities & Services
- -The property offers a range of facilities including a swimming pool, fitness center, spa, and multiple dining outlets.
- -Certain services or facilities may be limited or unavailable due to operational reasons or government regulations (including health and safety measures).
- -Food and beverage services may occasionally be restricted to set or à la carte menus.
8. Accessibility
- -Please note that the property is not wheelchair accessible. Guests requiring special assistance are requested to make suitable arrangements prior to arrival.
9. Liability
- -Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The hotel will not be held liable for loss, theft, or damage to valuables during the stay.
- -Any damage to hotel property caused by guests will be chargeable.
- -The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a reservation in case of policy violations or unlawful activity.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Honorable Courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
